I’m Verity McLucas from 'Wildflower'.
I've always felt a deep connection to the natural world. I spend a lot of time in it and care about the living things whose lives depend on it. Humans included.
I get much enjoyment from working in partnership with people of all ages and from all walks of life. I founded Wildflower with the goal to support government departments, businesses and organisations with simple strategies and steps to improve the health of our living support systems.
I bring 15 years' experience working in environmental sustainability education and promotion - including 9 years in local government and 6 years in not-for-profit organisations in Australia, Vietnam, Ecuador, Germany and France. I have a degree in Environment and Society (RMIT) specialising in biodiversity protection, food and water security, corporate responsibility, resource depletion, and climate change. I have also studied Carbon Accounting at Swinburne University. Prior to my environmental career, I studied and worked in international trade for 6 years.
I look forward to working with you soon.
Photographer / Filmmaker
I'm Rodney Dekker from 'Aspire Pictures'.
With so many worthwhile stories to tell around the world, I feel privileged to explore, discover and share just a fraction of them.
I partner with Wildflower’s video production team as I strongly believe that storytelling is a powerful ingredient to education and change.
As a photographer, filmmaker, radio producer, and environmental scientist, for the past 16 years I’ve combined my passions for visual arts and environmental issues and extensively documented the impacts and responses to climate change in the Asia Pacific region, and waste and recycling in Australia.
I've received numerous awards and my work has been published and broadcast with The Age, Sydney Morning Herald, ABC Television, SBS Television, Guardian Australia, Australian Geographic, Asian Geographic, and The Herald Sun.

Video Content Producer
I’m Adrian Cabrié from ‘Videographer Melbourne’.
As well as running my own videography business, I partner with Wildflower to produce video content for organisations and businesses who want to communicate what they’re doing around sustainability and ethical operation.
Video is such a powerful medium that is commonly underused in many organisations because it is perceived as too time consuming or too expensive. Over the past 17 years I've strived to refine the process of production to create outstanding and shareable content for my clients, with short turnarounds and minimal budgets.
When it comes to communication and education, there simply isn't a more effective means of engaging your staff, stakeholders, and the community-at-large.
