Made of the living cells from frog embryos, these millimetre-wide 'xenobots' have been designed and created by scientists at the University of Vermont and Tufts University using a supercomputer. They are the first organic/ living robot ever invented.
The plan for these bots is to move them toward a target and automatically repair it. It's hoped that they will help clean microplastics from our oceans, find radioactive waste, and even clear out clogged human arteries.
Go under the microscope with the scientists and watch the Guardian video here.
